Getting started with Redpanda

This course is a comprehensive introduction to Redpanda, a high-performance streaming data platform compatible with Apache Kafka®. You'll learn how to install Redpanda and set up local clusters using the Redpanda CLI (rpk), followed by a deep dive into managing and configuring topics for optimal scalability and fault tolerance.

You'll also get familiar with essential rpk commands to produce and consume data, monitor consumer groups, and clean up cluster resources efficiently. To flex your new knowledge, you'll build a basic producer and consumer applications using Java, Python, and NodeJS,.
